Shipping Policy:

Package usually will be shipped within 2 business days once payment is received (within 30 business days for artist dolls)

We ship item internationally by post office.

Shipping time by airmail service usually takes 7-10 days to Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, China (all other Asia countries usually takes 1-2 weeks).

Shipping time by airmail service usually takes 1-2 weeks to USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany..., all other Europe countries usually takes 1-3 weeks to arrive, all other Non-Europe and non-Asia countries may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.  

If you want to change the shipping method by courier, please free feel contact us to quote shipping cost. Shipping time by courier usually takes within 2-5 business days to all around the world.  

Returns for Refund/Exchange Policy

If you took defective item(s), please contact us within 7 days since you received the defective items. To request return, please provide us your invoice no., item name/item no., photo of the damaged part. We will estimate and reply by email within 48 hours.

We accept Paypal (for credit card, debit card, e-check payment), direct credit card payment, western union money transfer and international bank wire transfer.
